About tutto | Coastal-Inspired Knitwear by Meg Morris Hale

tutto was founded by Meg Morris Hale. Meg studied apparel design in Florence, Italy where she developed an appreciation for quality classics and effortless style. Meg was inspired to achieve the perfect sweater in both design and function for a water-based lifestyle having grown up in Sherwood Forest outside Annapolis, spending long summer days outside playing tennis, boating and swimming on the Severn river throughout childhood. Currently, she visits family on Nantucket and in Maryland in the summers and spends the rest of the year in Charleston, South Carolina. Finding the perfect, chic sweater to fit the bill for both comfort and versatility inspired the concept for tutto.

Collaborations

In good company

A few of the collaborations we've been lucky to shape — each a meeting of two points of view, rooted in place and made to last.

tutto x The Dunlin

tutto x The Dunlin

Inspired by the sun-washed Lowcountry and the quietly considered interiors of The Dunlin, by Amanda Lindroth. Where ease meets a sense of place, and style meets comfort.

tutto x Caitlin Fisher

A children's capsule made for that fleeting in-between — growing up, but not quite grown. Timeless, a little playful, and full of heart. Caitlin's effortless, feminine eye and tutto's fresh stripes, made for the girls who'll outgrow them too soon.

The Grey Lady Collection

A Nantucket story, inspired by the island and the nostalgia that lingers long after leaving her. Weathered shingles, bare feet on warm sand, whites softened by the sun. Everything a little worn, a little easy, a little salt-kissed.
