Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. To initiate a return you must login to your customer account using this link.

The following conditions apply:

Returns or exchanges must be initiated 7 days of delivery date. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for return or exchange.

All items must be returned in saleable condition with original tags affixed and in original packaging.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

$10.00 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from refund.
